There is no other Holy God and His Holy Word in the entire universe, other than the God and Lord of Deu 6:4, the same Lord(Lord and or Master) in Matt 26:64, who is clearly seen in the following verses. Isa 45:21, who is the Lord in Ex 1:21, Matt 1:21, questioned in John 1:21, Rom 1:21, Acts 3:21, Rom 9:20,21, Rev 22:21.

Who is the faithful witness in our heavens, other than the moon mentioned above? We shall see in the following!
We can see in this verse of Psa 89:37, that the moon is symbolically established for ever and that the faithful witness is also established for ever, but this verse number 37, does not name the faithful witness, but he can be found in symbolical Joseph in Gen 37:9.(Symbolical similitudes or parable; Sun-similitude, Abraham one father of eternal promise; Moon-similitude, Sarah mother of children of promise, 12 stars- similitude, Sons of promise; Hosea 12:10. In the Hebrew Bible verse Hosea 12:11.) The faithful witness is the Word of Psa 33:6, that made the heavens by the breath of his mouth, and in John 6:33, He is the Bread of God that came down, who is also the Word of God in John 1:14(Psa 107:20) that is eternal, and by him were the heavens made in Psa 33:6, and we can see Him portrayed as the Bread of God which came down from Heaven in John 6:33, we can see in John 1:18 that it is him that was in the bosom(a women’s chest, which is, meant to be for the nourishment of the child)of the Father, that has declared God, and in John 17:5,8, we can see that He was with the Father before the world was, and that He came out from the Father(John 1:18), and in 1John 5:7 we can see in heaven the Father, Word and Holy Ghost. So, who is the faithful witness in
Psa 89:37? If the moon is seen symbolically established for ever, who is the faithful witness that is established for ever in the same verse? The two heavenly scriptural symbol witnesses are the moon and the sun, which can be found in Gen 37:9. We know who the 12 stars are a symbol of(Rev 12:1), the moon(Jude1:12) which are the religions that symbolical Sarah would produce, and Abraham is a the symbol scriptural eternal sun of God’s Eternal Covenant(Gen 13:15), that is found in Christ Jesus. So how does the sun become a symbol of Christ Jesus? The answer is found in the following! Psa 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield (Gen 1:15): the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. The name of God is not known unto man (We the Redeemed have this! 1Cor 2:9, 10), however, we have 4 Hebrew consonants that give us YHWH. We can see in Gen 32:28 where the Lord changed Jacob’s name to Israel, because the name Jacob did not suit God’s eternal purpose, and this name Jacob means deceiver,–> heel catcher and lier in wait<–, therefore, this name did not suit God’s(Isa 45:21) eternal covenant with Abraham(Gen 17:21,{Matt 1:21} Gen 22:15-18), found in Gen 13:15, forever covenant. Since the entire books of the whole Bible, is all about the revelation of Jesus Christ(Rev 1:1-3), from Gen 1:1 to Rev 22:21, then the Lord could not be referring to Jacob(Jer 13:23, John 3:3-8.), as the true Israel of God, but Jacob’s(Rom 3:10) name change became a symbol that leads to God’s true Israel(See definition below), but unto Christ Jesus who truly is the eternal covenant, where the name Israel means, he who walks with God, him who contends with God, him who strives with God, and only Christ Jesus can fulfill the name Israel by its meaning…(YHWH is, Y-25, H-8,+W-23,+H-8=64.
